1) Confirm the venue
We verify footprint, ceiling height, power, and load‑in path so there are no surprises.
2) We deliver + set up
We arrive early, build the hitting bay, test ball tracking, and set up the leaderboard.
3) Staffed play + contests
We keep lines moving with quick formats, spot coaching, and safety management.

Ideal: 14′W × 18′D with 10′+ ceilings.
Minimum: 12′W × 16′D with 9.5′+ ceilings.
Power
1 standard 120V outlet within 25 feet of the bay. Dedicated circuit preferred for larger AV setups.
Load‑in
Clear path for rolling cases. Please confirm door widths, elevator access, and setup time window.
*Update insurance note once your policy is active; many venues will request a COI.
